The Lord God Almighty has provided everything we need for life and righteousness through the gift of His Son, Jesus Christ. We are eternally grateful for His amazing grace and join our hearts together each Sunday for a Worship Celebration complete with exciting music of traditional hymns, praise and worship choruses, and contemporary favorites. The Word of God is always the text for the message and is held in high esteem as our written authority. We would love for YOU to join us.
There are several ministries of the church that are ongoing. One of the most fun is the CPA ministry. This is a monthly devotional, worship and fellowship time at the College Park Apartments.
The church offers different opportunities for evangelism training. Locally, we have an ongoing ministry of outreach and visitation. Regionally, we partnered with a church in Waveland as they rebuilt their church and their community following Hurricane Katrina. Our youth doing US missions each summer through M-Fuge. Internationally, Westwood serves to help fulfill the Great Commission by sending mission teams to countries such as Colombia, Panama and Mexico.
